The Predecessor of the company, "Jiangsu ZXMCO," was officially established, and The first motorcycle entered mass production and was launched on the market.

Signed a technology transfer agreement with Suzuki and imported high-precision machining equipment from Japan and Taiwan.

Our international sales team was officially established, marking our entry into the global market.

The company has successively obtained ISO 9000 certification, completed the transition to ISO 9001, and achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification. Having also obtained EU motorcycle factory certification, the company now holds over 20 international certificates including EEC, COC, and CCC.

Achieving foreign export transactions worth RMB 185 million, the company exported over 100,000 e-bikes, e-mopeds and e-scooters, ranking among China's top three e-scooter exporters.

JIANGSU ZHONGXING established a modern factory in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, to deepen its presence in the local market. The 18,000-square-meter facility specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of electric bicycles and electric motorcycles, and has obtained the Indonesian government-issued NIK certification for electric motorcycle production. Leveraging its strategic location, the factory serves as a green manufacturing hub for the entire Southeast Asian region.

Our foreign export transaction value exceeded RMB 290 million.

ZHONGXING Thailand factory, located in the WHA2 Industrial Park in Chonburi, was completed and commenced operations in June 2024. With a total floor area of 10,000 square meters and equipped with internationally advanced production and testing equipment, this 10,000-square-meter Chonburi production base establishes a service network covering the entire Thailand.

The Group has also established offices in Poland, the United States, and Vietnam, and entered into a strategic partnership with Costco.
